The Eagles are delighted to announce all three senior coaches have stayed on from the previous season with Tom Lipsham to head up the seniors, while Ricky James Woods leads the reserves and Mark Coulton will again take charge of the Eaglettes women's roster.
Club officials said it was excellent to retain all three coaches who will look to build on superb results from the 2019 season.
The seniors made the grand final earlier this year, but fell just 30 points shy of a fast and physical Merimbula Diggers outfit.
The Eaglettes had been dismissed early in the finals campaign, but after a disqualification were handed a second bite of the cherry and made the most of it.
The team battled to a grand final ticket and came within two points of their maiden premiership against the Bermagui Breakers.
Meanwhile, the reserves were forced out of the finals running after what had been a strong season-long effort to chase the premiership.
Woods is particularly keen to come back and rectify the early exit.
Lipsham expects the Eagles will be able to retain a core of their roster and just build from the groundwork done this season.
"I don't think too much will change to be honest, will be more or less the same roster - we will lose a couple of guys, but we'll have some pick ups as well - that's how it goes," Lipsham said.
"We'll be keeping a lot of the same structure that we had this season."
All three coaches were in their maiden year in the role in 2019 and are relishing the opportunity to go one better next season.
It's been a couple of months since finals time and that has given pause to reflect on the year that was and begin planning for the 2020 campaign.
Lipsham said the only thing that had crossed his mind since the grand final was fitness being a hindrance in the club's loss to Merimbula.
"The only thing that has crossed my mind is fitness let us down a bit, a few of the boys were a bit complacent towards the end of the year, but I hope they've learnt a lesson," he said.
Lipsham will launch the pre-season soon with a coaches' run on December 13 to catch up with interested new and existing players.
"We'll go for a run on December 13, we'll have a barbecue and a bit of a catch up then go from there," he said.
The run will start at 5.45pm at the Tathra Bowling Club and anyone interested is welcome to join.
"The more the merrier, everyone is welcome."
