A man will face court after allegedly sexually touching a teenage girl in Cooma.

Police said two girls, aged 13 and 14, were at a park on Sharp St about 5.30pm on Saturday, October 19 when they were approached by the man.
Following a brief conversation, the 13-year-old was allegedly sexually touched while the man allegedly touched himself.
After he walked away, the girls informed a relative who contacted the police.
Officers from Monaro Police District attended the park and arrested the 49-year-old who was taken to Cooma Police Station and charged with intentionally sexually touch child and intentionally do sexual act with child.
The West Australian appeared at Queanbeyan Local Court on Sunday, October 20 and was refused bail to reappear on Monday, October 21.
