The Newcastle couple - Rose hails from Bega as the eldest daughter of Rex and Wendy Hergenhan - create tasty chutneys in what began as a home kitchen business 13 years ago.
Last week they were presented with a silver medal at the Sydney Royal Fine Food Awards, scoring 84.0 for their beetroot relish.
Of particular note was it was the couple's first time entering products in the Royal Agricultural Society Fine Food competition.
Their Brinjal pickle also scored relatively well with 70.50. Bronze medals were awarded down to 74.
