Three men accused of a two-day crime spree, including the theft of six cars, along the South Coast will face court again in October.

The three men - 19-year-old Jay Brook, 20-year-old David Simpson and 21-year old Daniel Lee Mongta-Kelly - now face a total of 58 charges between them relating to the February spree stretching from Eden to Nowra, which included the alleged theft of six cars, cash, mobile phones and clothing during five aggravated break-ins.
Simpson appeared in Bega Local Court on Tuesday, September 3, while co-accused Brook and Mongta, who have been refused bail, did not appear via audio visual link.
Brook, who is yet to enter a plea, will take part in a case conference with prosecutors on September 18, and will appear in Bega Local Court via audio visual link on October 15. He is facing 13 charges, including five alleged break and enter offences.
Mongta has pleaded not guilty to two counts of larceny and will face a hearing in Bega Local Court on September 10. Police withdrew one charge of break and enter, and he is yet to enter a plea on a further 31 charges.
He is now facing 33 charges, including 11 alleged break and enter offences and 10 relating to alleged vehicle thefts. He will face Bega Local Court via audio visual link on October 15.
Simpson, who is also yet to enter a plea, will take part in a case conference on September 10 and will face Bega Local Court on October 15. He is facing 13 charges, including five break and enter offences.
Police allege the three men initially broke into O2 Auto Sports automotive repair shop in South Nowra, taking $300 in cash and the keys to a silver Audi Q7 and a Toyota Camry in the early hours of February 26.
They allege later in the same day the men broke into Eden ice suppliers South Coast Ice, stealing more cash, a safe and keys to the business's Mercedes van.
Police allege the men then broke into Eden's Ron Doyle Motors car dealership late at night on February 27, taking a Ford Focus, Hyundai Getz and a Toyota Corolla.
They then allege the men broke into the Bega Post Office and SportsPower Merimbula.
