Thirty-six-year-old Warren Anthony Scott, who has been in custody since his arrest on April 4 and is yet to enter a plea, was refused bail by Magistrate Doug Dick in Batemans Bay Local Court on Monday, August 12.
Police allege Scott stabbed the man to death after 3pm on April 4 at a residence in Moorhead Street in Eden.
He will face Batemans Bay Local Court via audio visual link on September 30.
