The first event saw the club host the Southern Zone 75 Mixed Target Championship alongside the third round of the Fimac Engineering Handicap Shield.
Regulars from Cooma and the Bega Valley also welcomed Marconi clubman Lucas Young for the day.
Ray "Taffy" Welch put on an outstanding display in Zone Championship - which included three visits to the traps for double barrel, single barrel and point score formats.
Welch cleaned up the double barrel, then a 24/25 in the single barrel, made the going really tough for the rest. Ray finished things off by picking up 75/75 for the point score giving him an overall tally of 124/125 and the Zone 75 Mixed Target Championship sash.
Steve McIntyre topped AA/A grade with 115/125 by a single target from Shane Platts, while Brian Moffitt headed up B grade with 119/125 to win from John Walker on 113.
C grade went to George Adamopoulos who scored 101/125, with Christel Feldmann taking out second place with a score of 82/125.
Five finished even 22/25 in the third round of the Fimac Handicap and went to a shootoff. George Adamopolous emerged victorious ahead of Lucas Young and Keith Pearce.
Peter Ewart made his visit very profitable, collecting the shoot Raffle $250.50 plus meat tray whilst Bryan Moffitt and Taffy Welch shared the High Gun for the day.
Next month the club shoots on Sunday 1st Sept when 50T Double barrel and 50T Single barrel will be on offer.``
