Ms McIntyre said she was thrilled to be recognised for her service to the industry.
"We work hard to ensure the water quality in the catchment is healthy and sustainable, for the future of the environment and the industry," she said, adding her dedication has also involved promoting partnerships within the industry to the broader community including local council, fisheries and land services.

"This award is for all of us in the local oyster industry working proactively together," she said.
"It's also an honour to be picked out of all of the wonderful people working in the industry. I could mention at least ten different people who are just as equally deserving of this award- so it's very special."
Ms McIntyre congratulated Andy Myers of Ocean Watch Australia who was the equal recipient of the award.
She also thanked the local community for their ongoing support of the local oyster industry.
