Australian Community Media sales manager Tim Shinnick said the program will launch on July 22 and will run through to October 25, with the car being drawn at midday on October 28.
"The aim of the program is to encourage people to shop and buy local," he said.
"It is also designed to encourage people to jump in the car and head to another town in the Valley to explore and shop at one of the participating stores in that town.
"Small business is the backbone of our community, they employ our family and friends and I am proud to able to launch this product with our sponsors."
Jumping on board as sponsors this year are Bega Valley Shire Council, Tarra Motors, Club Sapphire, Bega Chamber of Commerce and Merimbula Chamber of Commerce.
"We are delighted to be part of the program for its second year and look forward to working with Tim and all the sponsors moving forward," Tarra Motors director John Stylianou said.
