The three men, aged 19, 20 and 21, did not appear in Bega Local Court on Tuesday, July 3, and face a total of 57 charges between them relating to the spree.
Twenty-year-old David Simpson, from Worrigee, has pleaded not guilty to all charges, while 19-year-old Jay Brook, currently being held in minimum security at Silverwater Correctional Complex, and 21-year old Daniel Lee Mongta-Kelly, from Nowra, are yet to enter a plea.
Police allege the three men initially broke into O2 Auto Sports automotive repair shop in South Nowra, taking $300 in cash and the keys to a silver Audi Q7 and a Toyota Camry in the early hours of February 26.
They allege later in the same day the men broke into Eden ice suppliers South Coast Ice, stealing more cash, a safe and keys to the business's Mercedes van.
Police allege the men later destroyed the van by lighting it on fire after dumping it in Eden.
Police allege the men then broke into Eden's Ron Doyle Motors car dealership late at night on February 27, taking a Ford Focus, Hyundai Getz and a Toyota Corolla.
They then allege the men then broke into the Bega Post Office in the early hours of February 28, taking $30 cash and a number of mobile phones.
The same night the man allegedly broke into SportsPower Merimbula, taking around 50 items of both men's and women's clothing.
Police allege Mongta-Kelly, who has never held a driver's licence, continued to travel north in a stolen vehicle, and over the next month broke into Batemans Bay's Starfish Deli, two properties at Kiama Downs, The Reject Shop in Kiama, Petstock in South Nowra, and Akwell Auto Wreckers in Bomaderry.
Police allege property worth $3800, over $1000 in cash, credit cards, wallets and a handbag, an Ipad, a barcode scanner, brake tester and mobile phones were stolen by the man.
On the afternoon March 8 police allege the man failed to pay for fuel at a Corrimal service station while driving a stolen car with its rear number plate altered.
Just one hour later, police say the man assaulted the owner of an Orange KTM 250S dirtbike in Wollongong, before riding away on the bike.
They allege he also returned to the South Nowra repair shop on March 22 in the company of others, taking a red Holden Commodore station wagon and damaging another vehicle.
He was arrested six days later by the South Coast Police District Proactive Crime Team.
He faces a total of 32 charges, which include 10 alleged break and enter offences and a further 10 relating to alleged vehicle thefts.
All three men will face Bega Local Court Magistrate Doug Dick on Tuesday, July 23.
