It was found overturned and abandoned on Haywards Beach on Sunday afternoon. The private vehicle was used for cleaning and carting linen on the holiday park premises.
Management of Reflections Holiday Park said it was stolen from a locked shed on Saturday night at 11.50pm.
"We reported it stolen to the police and put a post on Facebook," a staff member said.
"Friends on Facebook had mentioned it was at Long Swamp Beach at Haywards."
Reflections Holiday Park was notified at 4pm on Sunday afternoon of the buggy's whereabouts.
"It was only one year old, and it's now a write-off; absolutely wrecked," the staff member said.
Security footage was handed to the police yesterday.
Narooma Police said inquiries were continuing, with a number of leads. Police asked anyone with information to contact them.
Cobargo resident Elizabeth Andalis said she was "immediately annoyed" when seeing the overturned buggy during her walk on Sunday.
"I saw the tyre tracks through the sand dunes coming down from the wetlands, which is a sensitive area," she said.
During Ms Andalis' walk, the tide began to rise and wash over the vehicle.
She also noticed the seat lying near the dunes 50 metres away. Narooma Police said it was an offence to drive a vehicle on any beach without a permit.
