Harbour is an open exhibition of works by the region's artists where local businesses are invited to choose their favourite piece and award the artist a small prize, perhaps by way of a voucher at their business.

Each year there have been around 30 businesses and 30 artists so there are usually popular works that receive multiple prizes.
This concept has advantages for an artist new in the field in that they see their work in a public exhibition space among other work.
Artists choose any interpretation of the word Harbour. Marine subjects are obvious but many choose to extemporise and their efforts have been acclaimed in the past.
This year Shop7 Artspace at Bermagui welcomes back Graeme Thompson from the Eden end of Bega shire.
Graeme is a master with welded steel who makes tiny creatures like birds and ants to larger pieces such as whale tails. This time he will add crabs into his range. Other entries will include small boats, lighthouses, ladies walking on water in boat shoes, jetties, marine creatures.
Few of the participants exhibits are yet known to the Shop7 team, so come and share our surprises at an opening on Friday, June 28, at 5.30pm, Shop7 Artspace, Bermagui Fishermen's Wharf.
