Emergency services were called to the scene at 9.56am.
According to Pambula Rural Fire Service captain Robyn Reynold, the man had been initially reported as trapped after the car crashed through the brick boundary and wire railing, diving into the garden bed of the dentist car park a couple of metres below. However, the driver had been able to escape from the vehicle unharmed.
While waiting for the tow truck to arrive the vehicle was cordoned off and fire hoses at the ready as a safety precaution in case of a gas leak.
Police, Pambula Rural Fire Service and NSW Fire and Rescue were at the scene. There were no reported injuries.
