Saturday, May 25 sees the sixth instalment of the always anticipated day of market stalls, family entertainment, student performances and country hospitality.
For SCAC's 25th year, the fair will include a timeline of the college's history in the library, including photos and information on past and present students.
Kids activities including games, a jumping castle, face painting, tractor rides and a farm yard nursery are always favourites.

Meanwhile, for the adults there will be machinery on show - both vintage and modern - and vehicles from the local motorbike and historic car clubs to admire.
It's the first year Bega Valley Motorcycle Expo organiser Glenn Cotter will be attending the fair along with his clubmates.
Another first and sure to be a popular attraction is Brett Rogers and his dog high jump. Can your pooch make the grade?
It's free entry, with plenty of food, coffee and cake stalls to keep your appetites sated.
The event runs from 9am until 2pm at the SCAC campus on Max Slater Drive, Bega.
