The Sea Eagles will be coming in fresh off a bye and looking to consolidate their place in fourth on the competition ladder.
It's bound to be a battle of the big men with both Tathra and the Bulldogs placing a lot of value in the forwards.
The Bulldogs particularly have found room for their quicks to get around on the back of front line effort that has the Dogs sitting equal first with Bega.
However, the Sea Eagles have already silenced plenty of doubters this year after pummeling the Moruya Sharks in round four.
The Eagles have shown plenty of prowess at the try line with their own forwards showing good endeavour on the park.
Mitch Carter is forming a particularly formidable duo with Declan Bower-Scott, while the inclusion of Jared Cole at hooker frees up Hayden Parbery to fill the utility role off the bench.
Both Carter and Declan scored three tries apiece in the club's last outing when they defeated the Bay Tigers.
Brenton Mace is also a hard-runner and can prove tricky to stop if he gets up to speed.
With Jesse Hoyland-Meaker bolstering the club's size on the fringes, the Sea Eagles will not back down from a battle through the ruck.
Luke Dowdle and Connor Carr round out the stoic front line for the Eagles, while Ben Crowley has shown good form in the halves.
However, the Eagles will have to watch their right edge where the Bulldogs have shown the lion's share of their attacking strength.
Brock Seabrook would be among the competition's leading try-scorers this year, while last week Billy Doneman secured a hat-trick in the Dogs' win over Bega.
The Eagles and Bulldogs will do battle at the Tathra Beach Country Club ground on Sunday.
There will be all four grades in action with the Narooma travelling for the 18s against the Dogs.
In league-tag and reserves, the Candelo-Bemboka Panthers play the Eagles ahead of first grade.
Play starts from 10.30am with firsts at 2.30pm.
