The Bega Valley Potters are hosting a "Clay Soiree" at the Tanja Hall on Saturday, May 25, from 3-7pm.
Get in quickly and you will be able to buy one of the hand-made cups and mugs on display, as well as having it filled with your choice of mulled wine, chai or soup.
Then sit back and enjoy a social gathering, admiring everyone's unique drinking vessel and revelling in the live entertainment provided by Anactoria from 5-7pm.
Sam Jeffries from the Bega Valley Potters said they had invited local potters as well as several from interstate to submit their handmade cups for the event.
She said more than 35 potters registered meaning there'd likely be around 400 cups on display and for sale on Saturday.
A percentage of the money raised will go towards the continued running of the community group, which operates out of the Old Bega Hospital, with the rest going to the artists.
The Potters are hoping this could become an annual event, with different items each time - perhaps it's to be bowls next year.
