The annual Winter Appeal and Blanket Ride is on for its fifth year, in which time it has raised close to $10,000 and collected countless blankets, fleeces, doonas for families in need.
Organiser Glenn Cotter, in association with St Vincent de Paul is also calling all motorbike riders to take part in the ride on Saturday, June 1.
"It's getting bigger every year, and the response to this has been magical," Mr Cotter said.
"It just blows us away every year."
The team have been selling raffle tickets in Sapphire Marketplace this week and will be back in the centre on the 23rd and 30th of March.
"For us to help the community is very important. It makes me feel I'm giving back to the community," centre manager Emma Boyle said.
St Vincent de Paul's Danni Koenigkamp said without the support of local motorbike riders the number of donations needed would never be reached.
"It's important to give to those in need," she said.
"If we didn't have this help we wouldn't have sleeping bags and blankets to give to those who need it.
"Without these people we wouldn't be here."
Donations can be left at the Bega District News office.
