Played at Mackay Park in Batemans Bay, the visitors claimed decisive wins in first grade, reserves and league-tag, hammering home near 40-point victories in all three grades.
The first grade let slip a handful of tries to the Tigers, but the Roosters still provided too much scoring prowess of their own, picking up the win 38-22.
The result now sees the tri-colours sharing the top of the totem pole with the Merimbula-Pambula Bulldogs, who also won their clash over the weekend.
Earlier, the reserves had thumped the home team 44-8 and the Bega Chicks were at their best when they devastated the Bay team 58-0.
In the top grade, the Roosters launched into action quickly with a Zac Cuzner double setting the scene for the day.
Damian Bell brought the Tigers back into the piece, but a self-converted try to Todd Ingram before Cuzner capped off a hat-trick before half-time had the Bay outfit feeling the pinch.
Again it was Bell who saved face before the half-time buzzer, converting his own try to trail 20-12.
Tries to Brendan Bartlett and a trademark break from Jackson Whitby set the Roosters even further afield of their opponent.
With Bega's middle men working well through the ruck, the outside quicks were allowed plenty of room to move and Cuzner capped off a quartet soon after for Bega to lead 34-12.
A pair of tries to Tom Bollard gave the hosts some hope, but a Josh Shepherdson try sealed the game with the Roosters comfortably at the pointy end of the ladder.
First half tries to Billy Hudson, Ricky Stapleton and Eric Fuller established Bega's dominance in the first half of their clash with the Tigers.
When Jesse Duchesne and Dylan Londero crossed in the second half, while Hudson added his second, play already looked wrapped up with Bega in a commanding 34-0 lead.
Hudson later finished his treble after tries to Ashbee Reid and Greg Mcewen saved some face for the home team.
In league-tags, the Chicks were unflappable with Joccoaa Taylor planting four tries.
She was well supported across the park with tries to Fiona Holmes, Madison Parbery, Madison Cuzner and Jacinta Dummett as the Chicks put on master-class of line breaks and sprints to the try-line.
The Roosters will be back on their home soil this weekend to host the Blue Heelers at the Bega Recreation Ground on Saturday.
