Set to luanch on Thursday (May 9) at the Bega Recreation Ground's indoor stadium, officials said the opening nice would feature a 'come and try' session with free coaching as well as registrations for the competition.
"Volleyball is a fun sport to play and a great way to meet new people," a spokesman for the club said.
"The competition is very social and will be split into A grade for more seasoned players and B grade for those just starting out."
A maximum of 10 team registrations can be accepted, so organisers are encouraging everyone to get their nominations in as soon as possible.
Teams typically require a minimum of six players, but individual entries are also welcome - you will be sorted into a team for the season.
Cost for the season is $90 per player. The competition will start the week following the registration and try outs on May 16 and will run for 10 weeks, followed by a week of playoffs.
Interested players and teams can enter the competition by attending the registration evening on Thursday at 6pm at the indoor courts.
Officials said the club was family friendly and very social, but more competitive players would also have options as the club sends teams away to compete in the Canberra Cup each year.
