Boyle had spent two years at the Titans and was contracted until 2020, but became sought-after property at the end of 2018.
Rumours emerged that Wests Tigers were the front-runners for the contract of the 22-year-old, but he signed with Manly earlier in the month on a three-year contract at the Northern Beaches until 2021.
"Manly have shown a bit of faith in me. This is a great opportunity,'' Boyle told Sea Eagles media.
"It is nice to have some security in terms of my football career in that I am here until the end of 2021, but I still have to return the favour and play some decent footy for Manly."

Boyle told the Sea Eagles he was still getting to grips with playing at the top level of the NRL.
"I need to be more aggressive with my own game. The first 20 games, I was just trying to wrap my head around playing NRL. It is so fast. Unbelievably fast. It is like playing touch at times with full contact," he said.
"When I do get my opportunity, I need to step up more and earn some respect off the guys here."
The ex-Titans star said he was swayed to the Sea Eagles on the back of former team-mates and past Manly players.
The son of David Boyle, the prop has family ties to the sport and cousin Lachlan Croker - Manly five-eighth - and Kane Elgey and Brendan Elliott both praised the Sea Eagles as a good home for the Cobargo player.
"All three spoke highly of the set up at Manly and how much they were enjoying it here,'' Boyle said.
He's only had one chance so far to prove his worth at the top level, playing 25 minutes off the bench in Manly's 12-10 loss to the Dragons in round six.
However, Boyle has made two appearances for the club in the Canterbury Cup at both lock and prop where he has impressed for his new club.
In other NRL news, another Far South Coast star is being touted as having the toughest job to do on Anzac Day.
Ex-Pambula player and Dragons centre Euan Aitken will be tasked with stopping a red-hot Latrell Mitchell on Anzac Day, fresh after his match-winning heroics in Melbourne.

As for Aitken stopping Mitchell, the right centre told the Herald it was almost a case of looking for ''redemption'' after the 21-year-old's last-start carve-up.
"Everyone knows he's a gun player, he's something special, he's a dynamic ball-runner, and we need to get up and take his time away,'' Aitken said.
"The last game he got the wood over me. He was impressive that day. Anzac Day was a good duel, but later in the year they had a really good win and he put on a bit of a clinic.
"It's a challenge for me, I need to come back from that one and step up and there's a bit of redemption.''
