The headline Merimbula Cup also has a prize pool of $27,300 ensuring some top quality nominations.
The track is also rated at a Good 4 - practically perfect for a race meet.
Club manager-secretary Rob Tweedie said despite the threat of rain this week, he was confident the track would keep its condition and be flawless for Friday's run.
Following the success of the two-day Bega Cup Carnival, Ms Ryan said the club had enjoyed some very positive feedback from visiting trainers and hoped to see some big names making repeat appearances at Sapphire in future.
"They were impressed with the track so we're hopeful some of them will be making return visits," she said.
Melbourne's Danny Williams has a few nominations in already.
There will be a full bar and kiosk open as well as local bookmakers and TAB facilities.
Everyone is invited to head along for the afternoon with free buses running to and from the track.
"It's a good chance to come out and relax in the sun to enjoy some quality racing at one of the most beautiful racecourses in Australia," Ms Ryan said.
