Developed by Brogo's Nathan Johnston, DME3 has been gathering artists and content since launching in November 2018.
Now the service for members is live.
Mr Johnston said the catalogue of songs is currently small but growing - and it already includes new material by local musicians like Ricky Bloomfield and Corey Legge.
As listeners sign up, more artists will get the message it's a worthwhile platform to support - and vice versa.
People can listen to DME3 on their phone or any device and on the go from anywhere.
There are three levels of access to DME3, including free access to 10 songs, while 'basic' and 'plus' level members will also get a one-month free trial ahead of access to the catalogue.
