A 51-year-old South Coast man has pleaded not guilty to allegedly procuring a 14-year-old girl for sex, assaulting her and later using his mobile phone to intimidate and menace his alleged victim.

The man faced Bega Local Court on February 26 charged with procuring a child for unlawful sexual activity, indecently assaulting a person under the age of 16, common assault, intimidation and using a carriage service to menace.
Police allege the offences took place between January 2016 and July last year.
The man was arrested on Wednesday, January 23 before being charged at Bega Police Station, and he remains on conditional bail.
Magistrate Doug Dick adjourned the matter to Tuesday, April 23.
