"It will be a good game, but the 'Dogs are going to be left sad," she says with a laugh.
A former Canberran, Dot said she had followed the Queanbeyan Blues rugby club where Ricky Stuart played and when he joined the Raiders in their debut 1981 season they instantly became her team.
"I never had a team before that," she said, adding she had never waivered from the Canberra in almost 40 years.
"I was living up there when they started out of the Leagues Club, I used to party with them and knew them quite well."
Coach Ricky Stuart has been a constant link for Dot's fandom of the Raiders, but confessed it was a former player she admired most.
"Mal Meninga was the main man," she says with a laugh, while saying she also adored Laurie Daley.
However, the single biggest highlight Dot said, was the 1989 grand final when the Raiders clinched it from the - then - Balmain Tigers.
She vividly remembers Chicka Ferguson scoring the winning try, with celebrations running "all night" after the premiership.
Dot, who said she bought her ticket for the weekend "ages ago" shortly after it was announced, has a much-loved collection of memorabilia including plaques from the players back to 1983 and a series of club jumpers - many signed.
She is supremely confident of a Raiders win, but also said the club looked strong to put on a good season. "Go the boys," she said.
