Teacher Renee Lightly took on the role with only nine Kindy kids at the start of 2018, although that grew to 16 by the end of the year.
“I love it. It’s probably one of the best jobs you can have, spending time with five and six-year-olds all day,” Ms Lightly said.
Pupils joining SCAC Kindergarten this year include Lilian Armstrong, Patience Dowd, Tahli Eves, Samira Farah, Mitchell Holland, Alexander Irvin, Judd Mackey, Lucy Oates, Caiden Orum, Olivia Oxenbridge, Olivia Pobje, Hudson Pope, Abigail Russell, Annaleese Russell, Olivia White, Makayla Fulton and Alexandra Anthony.
