YourSpace@Tulgeen is at Riverside Nursery, Bega, which along with a nearby community garden is available for public use.
Tulgeen enterprise manager Dave Akehurst said YourSpace was designed to be used by groups such as local photography or art groups and features a new hanging system for displays.
The community garden will be used to train members of the community and allow them to use the vegetable patch and facilities.
"We're hoping community groups will see the space now available to further develop their own needs," Mr Akehurst said.
At Wednesday's opening, Member for Bega Andrew Constance said "to know it's fully accessible is something that's really important".
