Bega Valley Shire Council diverted left lane traffic along Carp St near Kiss’s Lagoon down Swan St after 24.2mm of rain fell from 9am to 4.30pm on Tuesday, February 5.
A council spokesperson said water damage at the Bega Library forced its closure on Tuesday afternoon.
