After playing for the Cricket Australia XI under 15s in 2017, she will now line up for the CA XI under 18s from Monday.
She will be one of three players who represent NSW Metro named in the Cricket Australia outfit.
In a great show of her consistency and ability, officials said it was the second consecutive season that Allen has been selected in the Cricket Australia XI squad.
Jade is a versatile young player, commonly recognised for her right-arm spin bowling, but had also been working on her batting over the last few years.
The national championships will feature both 50-over one days play and Twenty20s including some night matches.
The team will be coached by Breakers great Leah Poulton.
“The inclusion of the CA XI (at the Under 18 National Championships) enables the next generation of under-18 players to test themselves against slightly older and more developed cricketers, including players who hold state and Big Bash contracts,” coach Poulton told Cricket Australia media.
The tournament will be a highlight for Jade, who was set to compete against some Big Bash players in Sydney last weekend but play was cancelled due to storms.
Finals rounds will be live streamed via the Cricket Australia Facebook page with the Twenty 20s to go ahead on January 18 and the one-dayers on the last day of the carnival.
Jade will also have a chance to make selection for an Australian Under 19s side to be named at the conclusion of the carnival.
