On Monday, the children had their projects on display in the school’s hall for their Remembrance Day service.
Past president of the Tathra Wharf Museum Allen Collins said the museum approached the school about making the projects earlier this year as it was the 100th year anniversary of the end of the war.
“We had to do something and I thought it would be best to let the young kids do it,” he said.
“They’ve done a fabulous job.”
At the service, Mr Collins presented the school with a $250 cheque from the museum to sponsor the projects.
Some of the projects will be displayed at the museum.
