Rob and Sian Morton from Pambula also raced.
Tony Hastings and Luca Dorrough placed second, with Josh and Jarrah Dorrough fifth in their division of eight NS14s.
Sian Morton scored 13th out of 15 in her division, while Rob Morton scored 14th out of 27 boats in his.
The fleet had 84 boats in total, who all raced on a small course in light to moderate winds.
“It was a fun challenge,” Hastings said.
“A good strategy required tacking on some wind shifts, finding patches of stronger breeze, avoiding packs of other boats, and gaining advantage when turning around the buoys.
“It was exciting, and manic, requiring constant attention.
“It was also good to meet other sailors, make new friends and catch up with mates.”
The sailors return home to race on Wallagoot Lake on Saturday, to contest two handicap start races.
