Thursday’s DWWW saw a field of 59 starters as Russell Rogers took A grade with 37 on countback from Lynton Riddell. The B grade fell to wounded veteran Peter Mullaney on 40 from Chris Brown on 39. C grade went to Chook Falvey with a pleasing 40 from John Slater’s 36.
Saturday’s Stableford was played in ideal conditions as the course continued to dry. A grade honours to Mark Bergsma on 40 from Postie Mick’s 39. B grade to John Seckold in a countback from the Moth Tierney as both shot 41. C grade fell to Pat Campbell on 38 from older brother Bill’s 37. Peter Walsh claimed the Golden shot to 2.48m whilst Adam Crain pursed the 18th’s Jackpot with a beauty to 0.15m.
