The mouth of the river was opened while we played, and you could see the water falling away as we went around.
Tuesday was on the full course and it was great to see the course recover so quickly. Stableford was the event of the day with 44 players giving us 3 Divisions and there was some good scoring. Pam Hahne took out Division 1 on a countback from Judy Filmer with 38 points. Marg Kermode continuing her good form had the best score of the day with 40 points from Carol Newton who had 39. Sue Pauline was the best in Division 3 with 37 points just ahead of Jenette Cos who had 36 points. NTP went to Jan Waterson, Di Evans, Faye Nicholson and Rhonda Castellari who also won the Golden Shot money. Fifteen balls were given, and you needed 35 points or better.
Twelve ladies travelled to Coolamatong for their Open last weekend. Congratulations to Juanita Trent and Alison Coman winners/runners up in their Divisions and to several of the others who snagged Longest Drive and NTP trophies.
