Arvy on the Green was a showcase of a host of Bega Valley talent, the line-up including Mike Martin, Garry Carson Jones, Andy O’Donnell, Sam Martin, Mick Broderick, Steve Clarke and a host of others.

Admission was free, but donations were being taken on the day for drought relief and the local Rural Fire Service.

For the young ones – if they weren’t enjoying throwing the footy around on the greens – there was a jumping castle and plaster painting.

For the adults, the bar was open, Caravan Cantina was serving up lunch and the likes of The Gringos and The Figmentz were belting out the tunes.
