The What If speakers’ forum at 7pm on Friday features 13-year-old Lily Targett of youth environmental action group Earth Guardians, natural beekeepers Adrian Iodice and Robin Burbridge, Hugh Pitty on turning waste into resources and Paul Payten on native forests being managed by the community.
On Saturday, at 10am there will be a skipping bonanza, at 1pm an intergenerational talking circle, at 5pm David Dixon will talk about growing up in the Bega Valley and being an agent for change from a Djiringanj perspective, then music will be performed at 7pm.
It will be on Friday and Saturday, August 17-18 at Funhouse Studio, 3 Hill St, Bega. Cost is $10 an event or $25 for the weekend.
