The club is going forward as the Red Falcons with players from Bega, Cooma, Tathra, Pambula and Narooma in under 14s and 16s.
During the first round both teams beat Canberra's Daramalan in Cooma, and played the Vikings over the weekend at Guthrie.
The 16s defeated the Vikings 19-10 with big runs from Holly Christison, Sisilia Ragatu, Brianna Davis and Molly Carr. Eleni Ives put on the tackle of the day. New players Leah Rogers and Lucy Thornton showed their worth and are welcome additions to the team.
The 14s went down 50-25, but took good insight from the match. Try machine Josie Pearson was on fire, supported strongly by newcomers Georgia Manning, Ellie McMahon, Angel Nielson and Emily Quodling.
Next week the Red Falcons play Royals in Canberra. New players welcome. More info at fscfalconsrugby.com.au.
