The day’s winner was Graham Roberts with a strong score of nett 68 and runner up was Dave Balmain with nett 70. Balls went down to nett 75 this week.
Saturday saw another Single Stableford event with several matches in the first round of the Individual Matchplay being played.
A grade winner with an outstanding 43 points was Glenn Boyd.
B grade winner with 42 points was Terry Allen while the C grade winner was Ian Marr with 39 points. Balls went down to 35 points.
The nearest to pins were won by: (9th) R Blacker and G Bethell, (12th Golden Shot) Steve Jones, (15th) S Cook, T Allen and C Smith, (17th) R Blacker and W Thomas, (18th) J Smith and A Buttgereit. Wayne Thomas also scored an Eagle on 16.
This week’s event is another Single Stableford and the last day for Round 1 of the Individual Matchplay.
