Mackie back in court for first time since hung jury

Mackie faced the NSW Supreme Court in Sydney via video link on Friday, April 6, charged over the death of 26-year-old Marnie-Lee Cave in 2015.
Bail was not applied for and was formally refused by Justice Elizabeth Fullerton, who adjourned the matter to May 4 for an arraignment hearing.
