On Saturday, March 24, over 150 motorbike riders from the Bega Valley and beyond started their motors at the Bermagui Country Club, cruising to Candelo, Pambula, Cobargo and back to Bermagui, covering over 230km and picking up a playing card at the hotel of each town.
CRABs president Graeme Struthers said the atmosphere was amazing.
“There has been plenty of interest from the riding community, people have been signing up even as late as the night before,” he said.
“Riders from Canberra, Sydney, Central Coast, lot of places, have come together for a good cause.
Mr Struthers said the day has been a lot of fun for everyone and saw the event returning next year.
We're in it to raise money, we've just got a different way of doing it.

The CRABs riders ended the journey with live music and an auction at the Bermagui Country Club.
Donated auction items such as accommodation packages and Harley Davidson store vouchers boosted the fundraising total.
Event organiser Dave Thomson said the ride was a sensational success.
“It’s only going to get bigger and better from now, I’m already looking forward to the next one,” he said.
“There’s a real comradery between riders, people have come from near and far to get together behind this cause.”
Perhaps the furthest rider from home was Russ Gurevitch from Penngrove, California who borrowed a bike to take part in the poker run.
“It’s great to support stuff like this, bikers are renowned worldwide for getting behind worthy causes,” he said.
Two riders pulled out of the poker run due to a crash on Myrtle Mountain, but were treated quickly.
