The information was disclosed after councillor Mitchell Nadin asked a question regarding the cost.
Director community, relations and leisure Anthony Basford said $1.156million came from the general fund, $2million was borrowed and there was $132,000 in developer contributions.
A breakdown of the costs was supplied to councillors as part of this week’s council meeting business papers.
It outlines that Stage 1A demolition, civil and landscape work in 2013 cost $152,000; Stage 1B civil, landscape, electrical and signage in 2014 cost $1.19million and toilet construction a further $174,000; and in 2016, Stage 2 civil, landscape, electrical and signage work cost $2.132million.
