Adoption fees are subsidised for cats and dogs adopted through RSPCA or AWLNSW and all are de-sexed, vaccinated, microchipped, wormed and vet checked before adoption so that the hard work is taken care of.
Become a member of RSPCA or AWLNSW so you can help them help the animals in our shire. Contact AWL at awlfsc@bigpond.com or call 0400 372 609 and RSPCA on 0419 267 799 to apply.
Have you microchipped your pets and kept your contact information up to date?
Microchipping will help you be reunited with your pet if your pet becomes lost. In many cases owners are not able to be contacted as they have moved or changed their phone number so it is very important to contact your council to update these details.
Also a name tag or a collar embroidered with your contact details is another great way to ensure your pet is returned to you.
