The association said five teams had nominated for the round and each will get to play four games across the day from 9am.
Officials said games would run for just over an hour each and the club would have a barbecue and coffees available at the ground.
The opening round will be field one MGM v Linray, while Bega Irrigation takes on Pambula on Field two.
Allsorts will umpire both games and teams only need to provide one umpire per game.
10.30am is Linray v Allsorts on field one and MGM v Pambula on field two.
Noon is Allsorts v Pambula on field one and MGM v Bega Irrigation on field two.
1.30pm Pambula plays Linray on field one and Bega irrigation plays Allsorts.
3pm Allsorts play MGM on field one and Linray play Bega Irrigation.
The regular competition will start on October 22 and Saturday will be your last chance to nomination.
All fees need to paid ahead of taking the field because of insurance with fees at $90 for adults, $60 for high-school aged students.
Family entry is available for $140 (1 adult, 1 student) with the cost of additional students set at $40.
