The familiar faces of Liberal Andrew Constance, Labor's Leanne Atkinson, the Greens Margaret Perger and the Christian Democrat's Ursula Bennett have been joined by a candidate who doesn't even live in the electorate.
Clyde Archard from nearby Vincentia will stand for the No Land Tax party. Mr Archard has not proven an easy man to contact but we are on the case.
After Thursday's draw, Mr Archard will be the first name on the Bega district’s ballot paper for the NSW election.
On the ballot paper The Greens’ Margaret Perger will be second, Country Labor’s Leanne Atkinson third, Christian Democratic Party’s (Fred Nile Group) Ursula Bennett fourth and the Liberals’ Andrew Constance fifth.

Meanwhile, a war of words - and numbers - erupted between the major parties over regional unemployment figures.
Relying on the quarterly figures of the Australian Government’s Department of Employment’s Small Area Labour Market and the ABS, Ms Atkinson said she was alarmed “unemployment in the region is at 10 per cent”.
However, Mr Constance accused Ms Atkinson of “talking down the region’s economy,” and said the “inexperienced Labor candidate” was using “rubbery numbers”.
On the Greens' campaign trail, Ms Perger was joined by MP David Shoebridge when launching the party's South East Forests policy package.
Included is the idea to turn Tanja and Mumbulla State Forests into national parks, as well as the creation of a Department of the Environment to put an end to logging on native forests.
The Greens say money for the plan will come from savings made by no longer subsidising the "economic basket case" that is forestry.
