Hit the tables for exercise and fun

Looking for a winter sport that comes without the winter chill?

It only takes a few games of table tennis for you to warm up and forget about the cold outside.

The Far South Coast Table Tennis Club has five championship tables, and members of all different skills levels to guarantee you an evenly matched contest.

There’s a time and a table for everyone, with five championship tables set up for play on Mondays between 2pm and 4pm, and later on from 7-9pm.

So whether you’re a seasoned pro or it’s been a while between top spin serves, head to the Frank Maher Pavilion to have a hit.

Turn off Pambula Beach Road at the Sapphire Aquatic Centre, and follow the signs into the Pambula Sporting Complex and to the pavilion.

Sports shoes must be worn to play, and the first game is free.
