Seemingly the whole of Brogo attended, with the hall's tables packed with people having a cuppa and a catch up.
In addition to slices, cakes, sandwiches and a delicious pumpkin soup, there were also fundraising craft tables.
Lesley Newton from the Salvation Army was there selling yarn crafts made by volunteers, including blankets, tea cosies and phone covers.
"We are donating the proceeds of today's table to the Cancer Council, it's nice for the Salvation Army to give back to the community in this way when the community gives so much to us," she said.
Organiser Tanya Pearce said numbers were up on last year and although she didn't have a total yet, given the amount of people in attendance and the buzz at the raffle ticket table this morning tea was on track to again raised thousands for the Cancer Council.
