It is organised by Finn Askew from Finn’s Skate Shop, Bega, who started the competitions back in 2006.
Mr Askew said it is held for the local skaters as part of Youth Week, and anyone is more than welcome to attend.
Registration will open at noon before the competitions start at 2pm.
There are beginners, intermediate and advance sections to enter, and skate games to take part in, with $500 cash to be won.
A DJ will supply live music and food can be bought at a barbecue, the proceeds of which will go to the local skate club.
Sponsors for the event include the Bega Valley Shire Council, Finn’s Skate Shop and Goliath Skate.
There are usually 20 to 30 people who turn up, said Mr Askew, and a first aid provider will be there in case they are required.
