Many students from the Far South Coast PSSA region tried out for the Imlay Bombers AFL team at Berrambool Oval.
Bega boys Jordan Gray-Balcomb, Doug Stubbs, Brayden Frith and Isaac Willington will all form part of the squad to travel and compete at AFL carnivals around the region.
Local AFL stalwart Neil Rainbow umpired on the day and was aided by the invaluable support staff of Peter Murphy, Glen Baker and Paul Noack.
Organisers also thanked Alan Simpson for the use of ground and facilities, and SCAFL for their continued support of schoolboy football.
The selected team will now travel to Batemans Bay tomorrow to play in the South Coast Marlins carnival.
