One of our well known Australian company for Men’s and Women footwear are currently looking for an Experience National Visual Merchandiser with 22 stores Australia wide.
Your new role
The job is fulltime Monday to Friday, located in main office of West meadows. Attractive pay $70- $80,000 plus super based on experience.
Your responsibilities will be;
- Developing and executing the VM strategy and support season direction Improving brand perception
- Building strong internal relationships with marketing, planning and store teams
- In stock mock ups and communication of new strategies to store teams
- Implementing and executing monthly briefs; point of sale, impulse areas etc.
- Facilitating new store openings and refurbishments
- Checking weekly store photos and addressing issues within the store
What you'll need to succeed
- Experience in VM within Visual Merchandising in retail, footwear or apparels
- Experience in Adobe Creative - Intermediate skills (photoshop, illustrator and InDesign) office suite
- Must have at least 2 years experience
- Advance skills in power point, word and excel
- Must have computer literate
- Ability to have a strategies outlook and demonstrate ‘ forward thinking’ and initiative
- Ability to think analytically and discuss and react to sales results
- Strong commination skills Ability to build relationships with internal teams
- A passion for VM and desire to utilise your strong skill set to drive success of VM strategies
- Ability to work in fast, high pressure environment
- Must have own care and current drivers license
