Technical Business Analyst - IT Infrastructure

Your new company
One of the Big 4 Banks is looking to recruit a Senior Technical Business Analyst to be part of their Technology Simplification Program sitting in the Global Technology Services. They’re responsible for setting and driving the Agility Dynamic across the Group to ensure that they are delivering great Technology and Operations design.

Your new role
The team is currently working on multiple initiatives, focusing on Infrastructure and Network related projects like Workforce & Branch Transformation, Network Foundations Fortification, Data Centre Network Simplification, Firewall Modernisation, amongst others. You will support the team and be part of one or many of these initiatives, by gathering requirements and presenting documentation to different stakeholders.

What you'll need to succeed

• Experience as a Technical BA, ideally in large corporate environments
• Experience working in Infrastructure related projects
• Exposure to networks, switches, firewalls or general IT Infrastructure knowledge
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
