Your new company
You will be working for a reputable Chartered Accounting firm with an international presence. Their services are vast, including accounts, tax, litigation support and superannuation, and they deliver to a myriad of diverse clientele.

Your new role

There are two opportunities currently available within the Brisbane office, one within the Business Services division and the other within the Audit section. Both roles incorporate a combination of administration and Personal Assistant duties to support the partners and wider team.

Key duties will include:

  • Taking phone calls, answering queries and directing lines when required
  • Preparing and issuing invoices
  • Typing letters and emails to clients
  • Scanning and photocopying
  • Issuing credit notes as requested
  • PA duties including diary management and travel coordination

What you'll need to succeed
Previous experience working in an accounting firm is desirable. Bonus points if you have dealt with ATO and ASIC before! To be selected for the Business Services role, you must have corporate compliance experience. To be successful to work in Audit section, you must possess advanced Word skills and be able to script professional correspondence.
