A successful Facilities Management company based in Perth, mobilising staff Western Australia wide, with experience in providing exceptional facilities to mining companies.
Your new role
You will be joining a team of highly skilled and experienced administrators, mobilising to 42+ sites across Western Australia, representing some of the main players in the facilities management specialism. The project is a temporary contract and offers all the flexibility that entails, with ongoing opportunities. Typically, you will be involved with the smooth day to day running of operations, scheduling team members, liaising with recruiters and workforce planners, booking in-bound and out-bound flights and accommodation for staff. Your role will largely involve adhering to occupational health and safety procedures and all administrative duties.
What you'll need to succeed
- To be successful in this role you will have:
- Prior administration experience within mining, logistic or facilities management is desirable
- Proven experience completing administration duties to a high standard
- Advanced proficiency on Microsoft Excel and Word, data entry skills and confidence in picking up new systems quickly
- Experience operating inflight, INX, SAP systems advantageous but not essential
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Exceptional organisational skills
- The ability to work both autonomously and in a team environment
