About the role: 

We have an exciting role available for a Senior Business Application Manager to join our Accent Performance Team. Reporting to the Head of IT, your responsibilities will include supporting our business through managing the Software applications and development as well as store support stream of the Business. The role will include oversight and management of existing Business applications (Erply, Pronto and Magento) as well as implementing new ones. This also includes supporting the business users with application questions, system issues, problem solving, and support of new features after system upgrades

Your key responsibilities will include:

• Build extensive knowledge and understanding of the POS and ERP solutions, from both functional and technical perspectives.
• Design and implement IT strategies in relation to the core business applications and oversee the day-to-day activities and management of the Business application and Development functions with the business.
• Manage Stakeholders requirements across the business in relation to the systems, and new functionality.
• Drive constant Improvement and best practice across the Business applications and store support area
• Assist team to manage and support day-to-day system queries, issues, and promote the development of improved process or system use.
• Work with users and key stakeholders to drive requirements for system enhancements, and new system projects and new features
• Implementing systems, but also support, administration and maintenance of already existing systems and Prepare progress and budget reports for upper management.
• Communicates within IT team and across departments as needed and creating IT policies and maintaining standards
• Strong Focus on Security across applications, to identify and eliminate security risk.

To succeed in this role, you will need to have:

• Demonstrated 5+ years experience within Retail Business Applications
• Demonstrated experience with the Magento E-Commerce platform required.
• Demonstrated capability to work across functional teams
• Experience with building, maintaining, and supporting integrations between applications
• Erply / Pronto experience preferred but not necessary
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
